New Installation in Fano

A Smoki Junior has been installed in a Pizzeria that will soon open in Fano.
The work was carried out by Tomassoni, one of our dealers from Pesaro.

The Smoki Junior is a smoke filtering system for wood fired pizza ovens.
The unit is able to remove all soot particles produced by burning wood in wood fired pizza oven flues , thus preventing pollution and the risk of fire.
