Smoki Soot Abatement System Smoki Junior for Eataly Forlì.
Everything is now ready for the inauguration of the Eataly in Piazza Saffi, Forlì, in the renovated Palazzo Talenti Framonti.
The 2 thousand square meters store will be dedicated to Romagna and its food and wine traditions, and will also host the Mengozzi farm of Ravaldino in Monte (location between Forlì and Meldola) which, for over 20 years, has been a real reference point in the province for the production and sale of organic fruit and vegetables.
In the Eataly space there are two Restaurants and a Pizzeria, which will only serve organic and high quality Eataly products.
A Smoki Junior Soot Abatement System was installed in the Pizzeria, which makes us very proud of being part of this important project.
Eataly are a chain of medium and large stores specialized in the sale and administration of high quality Italian food. Smoki has already installed a number of units in many of their locations.
