Remove Particular Matter — Our New Challenge Our Technology is dedicated to improving the air we breathe. Climate change poses an increasingly urgent choices for environmental protection, and we are working in this exact direction. We are designing new technological solutions to remove particulate matter, invisible to the human eye, but very harmful to our health. Our mission Today : Allow the use of wood-fired ovens and charcoal grills, distinctive features of our Made in Italy, in full respect of the environment and health.
📍 First work at the beautiful Alila Hotel in Rhodes for our Greek dealers of the Dimtech Company : Soot abatement system mod. ▪️Smoki Junior maggiorato for the wood fired pizza oven in the Italian food area + dilution fan with coaxial flue. ▪️An annoying smoke coming from a grating on the wall of the Hotel’s terrace was a very big problem for the diners. ➡️ Everyone is happy now: no more soot from the wood fired pizza oven and no harmful smoke
