The beginning of our cooperation dates back to 2010, with the installation of a soot abatement system serving the wood fired oven of the pizzeria “DU DE COPE” , Verona. In Berlin, in the very central Kurfuerstendamm, the famous KaDeWe shopping mall, houses two restaurants where 2 of our machines have been installed: Maxi Grill 350 to remove soot and grease in the popular “Hasir Beef Club”, a restaurant famous for its delicious grilled meat; Smoki Junior serving the wood fired oven at the “Laggner Schwemme”, restaurant and pizzeria.
